About these terms
These terms apply between you and operator legal name and address: to be confirmed when you use the Clinica Store app or this website. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse, or that breaks these terms.
Products
Many products are for professional dental use. You are responsible for using them as their manufacturer directs, and only if you are qualified to. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; the label and instructions on the product itself prevail.
The dental tools in the app (such as file sizes, shade guides and endodontic notes) are reference aids. They are not clinical advice and do not replace your own judgement.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD). A price shown in US dollars is for reference; you pay the amount in dinars.
- Delivery fees, discounts and store credit are shown before you confirm an order.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel it if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will tell you if we do.
- Payment is cash on delivery.
Marketplace sellers
Some products are sold by other sellers through Clinica Store. Who is responsible to the buyer for marketplace items: to be confirmed by legal review.
Returns and problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Return window, conditions and refund method: to be confirmed
Store credit and cashback
Cashback is added as store credit under the campaign terms shown in the app. Store credit can be used only in Clinica Store, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to get into other accounts or our systems, and no false orders.
Liability
Limitation of liability and consumer rights under the applicable law: to be confirmed by legal review.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and an important change is announced in the app before it applies. Governing law and courts: to be confirmed by legal review.
